Please contact us before you submit application materials so we can help orient you in your process and so we can be on the lookout for your submissions.
To enroll in the Basic Training Class submit all of the following application items. All application materials must be submitted at least one month prior to the class starting dates. All tuitions are due in full by check or electronic payment one month before the start of class unless you have prearranged a payment plan. We take personal checks, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp and Square credit card link. Early registration with at least a deposit is encouraged.
Application Fee: $50 (Non-refundable)
Letter of Application: Candidates must submit a letter expressing why they want to attend AGSI’s Basic Training Program. This letter is your opportunity to communicate about your experience with Structural Integration, why you would like to be a practitioner and why you believe you are a good candidate for the program. Please be thorough in your writing and let us know about yourself, your experience of the Basic Ten Series and with your SI Practitioner(s). This letter is our first opportunity to see if you are a good fit for the program.
Photographs: Submit one full length photo of yourself in underwear or two piece viewing garments after your tenth session.

Letters of Recommendation: Submit letter(s) of recommendation from your SI Practitioner(s) with your application or have them emailed directly to Erin Foster at AGSI
Transcripts: Provide transcripts including human anatomy and human physiology courses from either your massage school or qualifying training program (i.e. PT, OT, DC, MD, RN, OMD, ND).
