Dear AGSI Family,

Erin and I just want to say hello and let you know that we are thinking about you. We have an amazing workshop in Costa Rica coming up December 3 – 9 and we still have a few spots left. We are calling the workshop “Embodiment and Evolutionary Transformation Through the Line” and it is being taught by David Davis and Will Johnson. David and Will have been friends since training together at the Rolf Institute in the 70’s and have been developing this workshop for decades. We are really excited to help make their dream of presenting this course come true. David has been teaching Structural Integration since 1990 and Will has written 13 books on meditation and has been leading meditation retreats for decades as well. This is really a chance to work with two masters.

In this course we will focus on the following as guidance in our meditation practices:
—exploring the upright
—awakening the felt innate shimmer of the body through a gesture of profound relaxation
—inviting resilient motion throughout the entire body in response to the breath that, in a truly relaxed body, wants to move through the body not unlike how a wave moves through a body of water
— powerful breathing and relaxation techniques to help awaken your direct experience of The Line at any time and any place
—examining the radical shift in embodied consciousness that occurs as a natural result of exploring the principles of The Line

The afternoons will focus on Hands on SI work. David will share his experience on the Line, seated work, table work, movement and planning sessions to enhance the embodiment of our Structural Integration work. Participants will exchange sessions and deepen their personal awareness of the power of discovering and living on their Line. The hands on portion of the workshop will be aimed at both developing working skills to bring home and also having a Structural Integration experience to combine with the morning meditation experience to act as a catalyst for a deep personal transformation.

We have just decided to open the morning sessions of the workshop to non SI practitioners, mostly to partners of Practitioners so they can share a vacation and experience in Costa Rica, for the cost of $500 for the six days of class. This is a great opportunity for anyone!!

Montezuma, Costa Rica is on the furthest tip of the Nicoya Peninsula where the jungle mountains touch the Pacific shore. Sight seeing and adventure opportunities include beautiful beaches and tide pools, waterfalls and National Parks and Preserves. Activities available are hiking, snorkeling and even zip lining if you are so inclined. It is a small friendly town with a lot of activities for your free time.
