As of 2011 I am in my 21st year of bodywork which began in 1990 after completing my initial training in massage therapy from the New Mexico Academy of Massage.

In early 2003 I completed my training in Structural Integration at The Guild for Structural Integration in Boulder Colorado from instructors who studied directly with Dr. Ida P. Rolf.

Along with my formal training in bodywork I bring to the table 25 plus years of experience in endurance sports, yoga, and all things health and nutrition as part of my lifestyle passions.
